S-6.2 - Act respecting pre-hospital emergency services

16. A person who requests or uses pre-hospital emergency services required or provided in his or her region may file, directly with Santé Québec or the regional entity concerned, as applicable, a complaint relating to the services the person received or should have received.
The provisions of Part VII of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or of Divisions III to VII of Chapter III of Title II of Part I of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) apply to the processing of complaints.

The provisions of Divisions III to VII of Chapter III of Title II of Part I of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter C-25) apply to the processing of complaints.
